SIX off to the English school Championships

Team Hounslow AC have 6 athletes heading to Birmingham to represent Middlesex at this year’s English School National Championships.
The ESAA National Championships are the 4th largest athletics event in the World.
Entry to the event is by virtue of athletes being selected by County Team Managers to represent their County.
Last year we had our first ever representative in Jak Mensah who came back with a Silver medal in the boys 200m
Jak goes again this year after moving up an age group hoping to go one better and bring back the gold this time around.
UK number 1 Josiah Wilson, will be making the trip hoping to continue his fine first season in the triple jump, and bring back some hardware.
Aidan Aherne, will complete in the highly competitive 800m event. Aidan is rounding into fine form and will be hoping to make the final where he can push for a medal.
Paulo Belchior, goes in the 300m and is another one finding his form in time for the championships.
Cedelle Agyei-Kyem, will be aiming to continue her amazing season which has seen her undefeated in the 300m, stepping down for the 200m for this event. Reece Williamson, one of the clubs longest serving members goes in the Long Jump after his massive personal best at the Borough championships.
