Team Hounslow’s Josiah Wilson-Kepple became the clubs first every English schools medalist, claiming gold in the junior boy’s triple jump.

Struggling with his run up after the first 2 rounds, the UK number 1 ranked athlete made it through to the final with his last jump placing him in 3rd place.

With his run up now fully adjusted Josiah leapt out to an impressive 13.18m claiming the gold medal breaking his personal best and breaking the club record.

Last year junior boys 200m silver medalist Jak Mensah moved up to the intermediate boys age group, smashed his personal best and club record in 200m with 22.41 in the heats finishing 3rd.

Jak failed to make the final, finishing 5th in his semi final.

Aidan Aherne continued his impressive season, again breaking both his personal best and club record in his junior boys 800m heat, running 2.04.47, but failed to make the final finishing 4th.

Reece Willimason failed to make the long jump final after registering 5.98m, finishing 18th overall.

Well done to all involved.
