There may be occasional changes to training due to coach availability.
Tips for your first session
·Arrive 15-25 minutes before your first session is due to start for a quick induction.
·Please wear usual sports kit plus a tracksuit is recommended.
·Bring a water bottle – training is thirsty work!
·Stay clear of lane one, lots of running sessions are going on at this time so it’s key to stay safe!
·Your first session is free.
